Our Story …
… began over twenty years ago at the feet of the Continental Divide. Our founder had just built a new website for his business and found out that the local Elks club could use a site of their own. What began as a solo endeavor soon grew to sites being built for other businesses and nonprofit organizations. Further snowballing into creating an award winning email newsletter system for organizations to better keep their members in the know.
Why Elephino? The name comes from the pun about “what do you get when you cross an elephant with a rhino?”. And it aptly describes that feeling you get when the process of combining your vision with technology becomes bewilderingly overwhelming. Frustrating. Confusing.
